Background:
These database only makes sense, when the stored data are up to date. So the database must be cleaned at regular intervals.

Notice database maintenance:
The database is now (after it has not been updated for 3 years) - renewed - in January of each year. The criteria for the entering of data into the new database are as follows: All the data that are older than the past year will be deleted.
If I upgrade my stock in January 2011, data from 2009 (and older) will be deleted. Exempt records of parks, botanical gardens and garden centers (with a special offer of tropical plants). In order to inform you before the database update is available, I send you an info email, so you can update your records. These info messages are send in August and in December.

How to update older entries now?
It is very simple: - 'Click your Markers on the map and the Infowindow (Bubble) of the marker is displayed - Click the 'Edit'-Button and you are in the Login-Screen. After you have fill in your e-mail (evtl a password) you have to simply click on 'update your data'. Of course you can every time Update your data. Useful information are the survive of your palm during last winter. This can be done within your input mask option/button 'is still alive - yes / no'.
